Keri joined the IrrigationNZ board in October 2015. The working engineer, principal of Irricon Resource Solutions, farmer and mother of two is used to juggling various roles. Keri felt it was time for her to contribute more publicly to the debate around how we best manage our water resources. Her future ambitions include working more closely with policy makers to influence the detail of regulation and planning frameworks before they are decided.

John operates a dairy farm consultancy business from his Geraldine base. He is also part owner and manager of a number of irrigated farming operations in Canterbury and has helped establish the Dunsandel Groundwater Users Group. John is also a director of Central Plains Water Limited, which is in the process of developing a community water scheme for 60,000 hectares of Central Canterbury.

She is the Chief Executive for North Otago Irrigation Company Limited (NOIC) and has also held senior management positions in the USA and Australia, primarily in the cooperative-based renewable fuels industry. She is a director on the Waitaki Irrigators Collective representing almost 80,000 hectares of irrigated land off the Waitaki River.
