Description
Charlotte grew up on a farming enterprise in Zimbabwe which consists of; cropping, cattle, intensive horticulture including processing for export and a propagation nursery. She joined IrrigationNZ in 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted in 2017 to Commercial Manager.
Following qualifications in Science and Economics, Charlotte has worked in the primary industry since 2001. Specifically in project and programme management since 2010, spanning operational delivery, tracking and monitoring progress, financials, reporting, and identifying potential risks impacting on the programme of work.
Charlotte has been responsible for the development and implementation of IrrigationNZ’s knowledge and training programmes, including our NZQA accredited qualifications.
Charlotte enjoys the variety and challenges her role at IrrigationNZ offers. She says she feels proud of INZ knowledge & training programmes, which enable people to develop their skills and lead to new career opportunities and enable best irrigation practice to be achieved.
