Join us for our Strategy Launch

The IrrigationNZ Strategy 2019-2023 will be launched on Wednesday 28 November from 6pm. The strategy launch will follow our 2018 AGM which starts at 5pm. 

We have one of NZ's most influential agribusiness leaders lined up to help us celebrate the launch - and there will be drinks and networking afterwards. More details will be provided around the launch early next week.

Upcoming training

We have 2, 3 hours workshops in Darfield on 29 November.

Darfield - Soil Moisture Monitoring & Irrigation Scheduling workshop - covers different soil moisture monitoring options, how to use them to help you identify when you need to irrigate in order to save you money and conserve your water budget.

Darfield - Bucket Test workshop - shows you how to check your irrigator performance to ensure you are not unnecessarily wasting water using our app.

26-27 June 2019, save the date!

IrrigationNZ is excited to announce we will be hosting a trade show and workshop series for the irrigation industry, rural professionals, schemes and regulators on 26-27 June in Christchurch.

This is an opportunity to see the latest irrigation equipment and technology and speak with international and New Zealand suppliers about their products so you are fully informed about the latest irrigation trends and technology. Our workshop series will offer a mix of practical workshops, and thought provoking insights into the future of precision agriculture and good farming practice. This event will also coincide with a graduation ceremony for our NZQA national certificate graduates on 26 June. See us at the A&P Show

IrrigationNZ is at the Canterbury A&P show this week.

We have a display on how irrigation helps produce food, and how irrigation and water is used in NZ.  We also have some yummy giveaways thanks to Heartland Potato Chips Co. and Barker's of Geraldine. You can find out more about our display through this video.
